Cal 352 Time 15min
Estimated Cost $0.95
This meal requires starting a day before, doesn't take much actual time though, just letting bread rise and bake! (See Sourdough Bread Recipe)
15 min making time does not include making sourdough bread.
With your beautiful loaf of sourdough that you made earlier, cut bread into 1/2" slices.
Open can of tuna fish with can opener and drain water and set aside.
In separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, dill relish, green onions, and drained tuna fish. Mix well with fork.
Take two slices of bread and place on plate.
Spread tuna mix onto one side of one piece of the bread. Place the other piece of bread on top to make a sandwich.
Slice sandwich diagonally or whatever way you like it.
Open pickle jar and remove whole pickle with fork.
Slice pickle length-wise in half, and length wise again so it's in long quarters.
Serve 2 quarter lengths with tuna fish sandwich and enjoy your zesty protein filled lunch.
