Preheat waffle pan, stove top or electric.
In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix with water for mix.
Mix well til there are no clumps.
Let sit for 4 min til mixture starts to bubble. (This step makes your waffles nice and fluffy)
Grease the griddle with non-stick cooking spray.
Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop out batter and pour onto griddle into circle.
Close waffle maker (and flip, if needed)
After about 4-5 minutes, you can peak on your waffle and see if it's golden brown.
May take 5-8 minutes depending on the size of your waffle maker.
Place hot waffle on plate, top with butter while it still warm so the butter melts into all the crevices.
Repeat steps 6 to 10 until all your waffles are cooked.
Top with strawberry jam and enjoy!
Mix 1 tablespoon butter powder with 1 tablespoon water in small bowl.
Stir well and slather it on warm waffles and watch it melt for the most delicious experience.
