In a pot, combine rice and water to boil rice. Bring to rolling boil.
Let boil for 5 mins, stirring every minute so there are no clumps.
After 5 minutes, there should still be plenty of water, stir one last time and turn the stove OFF.
Cover the pot of rice with the lid. Do not let any steam out. Let it continue to cook covered for 30 minutes.
While the rice is cooking, open the cans of green beans and tomatoes and drain the water out.
In a separate pot, on medium heat, combine the green beans and tomatoes. Stir it all together.
Add the bacon bits and dry onions to the green beans pot.
Stir ingredients together.
Add garlic powder and pepper to green beans.
Once rice is fully cooked, remove lid. All water should have been absorbed by rice and the rice should be light and fluffy.
Serve rice on plate and top with bacon, tomato, green beans mix.
Sprinkle french fried onions over everything for a delicious crunch and enjoy!
