**This meal requires starting a day before, doesn't take much actual time though, just letting bread rise and bake! (See Sourdough Bread Recipe)**
30 min cooking time does not include making sourdough bread.
With your beautiful loaf of sourdough that you made earlier, cut bread into 1/2" slices.
Preheat large pan or griddle to medium heat, about 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, mix egg powder, milk powder, water for egg and water for milk powder, and cinnamon.
Once pan is hot, take a slice of bread and dip it in the egg mixture, coating both sides.
Lift and drip off any excess and place on griddle.
Let cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly brown.
Flip to cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
Once cooked lightly brown on both sides, place on plate.
Top with butter and syrup for a delicious protein filled breakfast.
If you're fancy, heat the syrup before pouring over the french toast.
Mix 1 tablespoon butter powder with 1/2 teaspoon water in small bowl.
Stir well and slather it on warm pancakes and watch it melt for the most delicious experience.
