In a large pot, combine rice and water and let boil for 5-10 minute. (2 cups rice, 4 cups water ratio)
Once boiling, turn off heat, cover pan and let finish cooking for 15-20 minutes.
In another pan over medium heat, add drained canned chicken and dry onions.
While that is heating, in a glass combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and corn starch. Stir well, so the cornstarch is mixed throuroughly.
Pour sauce over the chicken and cook for 10-15 minutes until sauce starts to thicken.
Add drained peas and carrts and sesame seeds. Mix well and cook another 1-2 minutes.
By now, your rice should be finished cooking.
Serve your rice, top with your chicken and veggies.
