In large pot, on stove top bring water for noodles to rolling boil.
Pour rotini noodles into boiling water and let cook for 15 minutes until tender.
As noodles are cooking, open summer sausage. Remove both outer plastic package and inner brown lining.
On a cutting board, slice summer sausage into 1/4" slices. Once you have about 4-6 slices, turn stack on it's side and cut in half, and then again into quarters so each slice is cut into 4.
Continue this process with slicing the sausage until all the sausage is cut into bit size mini pizza shapes.
In separate bowl, make the dressing by combining red wine vinegar, olive oil, italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
In same bowl, open can of olives, drain water, and add to dressing bowl.
Next open can of tomatoes, drain, and add to bowl.
Open the jar of banana peppers. Remove peppers with fork. On the cutting board, dice peppers a little smaller and add to mixture.
Add bacon bits, parmesan powder, and green onions to mixture.
Once your noodles have boiled and are tender, turn off stove. Pour noodles into stainer in the sink to drain the water.
Rinse hot noodles with cold water until noodles are completely cooled.
Add cooled noodles to vegetable dressing bowl.
Mix everything together with large spoon.
Serve cooled and enjoy!
