Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In medium bowl mix peanut butter, butter powder, water for butter powder, and honey.
Whip until fluffy, use an electric mixer if you have one.
Add egg powder, water for egg powder, and vanilla to butter honey bowl.
Mix all wet ingredients.
In separate slightly larger bowl, combine dry ingredient : quick oats, flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon.
Mix dry ingredients with fork or whisk.
Pour wet ingredients into bowl with the dry ingredients.
Mix together with whisk or electric mixer.
Finally add the chocolate chips to the dough. Mix in with spoon.
Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Scoop out a spoonful of batter, roll into ball about the size of a golf ball.
Place balls evenly spaced around the cookie sheet.
Flatten dough balls with fork to form a nice circle.
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 325 degrees until edges start to brown.
Once cooked, remove from oven and place cookings on cooling rack with spatula. Your house will smell amazing.
