In a medium / large pot (depending on how many you are feeding), bring 'water to boil noodles' to a boil.
While the water is heating, we'll start with the chicken and veggies.
In a medium pot, add dry celery, dry onions, soy sauce, and honey.
Put on stove top burner on medium low heat.
Open the cans of canned chicken and peas and carrots.
Drain water from the cans into the sink.
Add the drained chicken and vegetables to the soy sauce pot. Stir everything together well with a large so all the sauces are evenly coated.
Now add the garlic powder to the chicken and vegetables. Increase heat of burner to medium high. Stir well. Continue to stir every couple minutes as it heats.
Open the package(s) of ramen noodles. Remove the seasoning packet and set aside.
Once the water for the noodles is boiling, add all the noodles.
Open the seasoning packets and add the seasoning to the noodles. Let the noodles cook for 3-5 minutes, until tender.
Pour the pot of water and noodles into a strainer in the sink to drain the noodles. Do not rinse.
Place noodles back in pan on medium heat.
Add sesame oil to the noodles and stir well. Let noodles slightly seer with the sesame oil for 2-4 minutes.
Next combine the chicken and veggies with the noodles. Mix well.
With tongs or a pasta server, serve about 2 cups of noodles per serving into individual bowls.
Top with green onion and enjoy!
