Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In medium bowl, mix egg powder for scrambled eggs and water for egg powder scrambled eggs together until there are no clumps.
Heat a well oiled 12" pan on the stove to medium.
Pour egg mixture into pan, stir continuously until fully cooked scambled eggs.
Once eggs are cooked, place cooked scrambled eggs in bowl and set aside.
In different medium bowl, combine the corn muffin mix, egg powder for muffin mix, water for egg powder for muffin mix, milk powder, and water for milk powder.
Mix all ingredients together with a whisk or fork so there are no clumps.
Remove cheese from plastic wrapping and cut into 1/2" squares.
Add cheese to corn muffin mix batter.
Add bacon bits to corn muffin mix batter.
Next, fold in the cooked scrambled eggs into muffin mix batter.
Spray your muffin pan with cooking spray. (or use muffin liners, if you prefer)
Fill muffin cups with batter til 2/3 full.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
Once cooked, remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with warm with butter.
Mix 1 tablespoon butter powder with 1/2 teaspoon water in small bowl.
Stir well and slather it on warm pancakes and watch it melt for the most delicious experience.
